Chandler Public Library is excited to partner with the Arizona State Library and welcome USA Today Bestselling Author Deena Remiel as our Writer in Residence from February through April 2023. During her time as a Writer in Residence, she will offer drop-in workshops. She will also provide consultations to help aspiring authors fine-tune their work. All experience levels are welcome. This month, explore water conservation and desert gardening with our Water Wise programs.

Did you know that STEAM programs for ages 3-12 are an important part of the library's activities for youth? Kids get hands on with February topics like music, mazes, chemistry, weather and water science, and more!

Get creative with our Maker programs for all ages! Join groups who work in textiles; explore glass art, build Legos and circuits, or design a snuffle ball for your pooch.

February is Love Your Library month and the perfect time to share what you love about Chandler Public Library.

Has the Library provided you or your family a source of enjoyment or education over the years? Have you downloaded free magazines, checked out movies, or attended programs like Storytime? Been helped by a stellar library staff member, read the best book ever, participated in the Summer Reading Challenge, or simply picked up a Grab & Go Bag? Or maybe you love your library for the support it gives to others in our community.

There's more to do in February! Friends of Chandler Public Library are hosting a Movies, Music & More sale at the Downtown and Sunset Libraries, February 1-14.  Shop for DVDs, Blu-rays, and CDs all at great prices and all in support of your Chandler Public Library.
